I've built enterprise systems, led technical teams, and architected solutions for some of the world's largest companies. I've seen technology from every angle-from the cutting-edge innovation labs to the messy reality of legacy system integration. This gave me a unique perspective: technology only matters if people can actually use it.
Working with Fortune 500 companies on transformation projects taught me something critical: the biggest barriers to change aren't technical-they're human. That's when I founded Telos AI Lab.
